By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the semangat33 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use semangat33 services.
These terms constitute a binding agreement between you as the user and semangat33 as the platform operator. Your use of this platform is also subject to Privacy Policy which forms part of this agreement.
You must be at least 18 years old to register for and use semangat33 services. By registering, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement and that you are acting on your own behalf, not on behalf of any third party.

2. Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
You are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when registering a semangat33 account. Only one account is permitted per individual. Creating multiple accounts is prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or closed without prior notice. semangat33 reserves the right to verify user identity at any time.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. All activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility, whether or not you have authorised it. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact the semangat33 support team immediately.
The following actions are strictly prohibited when using the semangat33 platform:
- Using false information or another person's identity when registering or transacting
- Attempting to hack, damage, or disrupt the platform's functions in any way
- Using automated software, bots, or other unauthorized methods to access or interact with the platform
- Transferring your account or balance to a third party without written authorisation from semangat33
- Using the platform for any activity that violates Malaysian law
3. Payment, Deposit & MYR Transaction Information
All financial transactions on the semangat33 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits can be made via payment methods approved by semangat33, including bank transfers to local banks and e-wallets available in Malaysia.
Semangat33 may require additional identity verification before processing any withdrawal. This is a standard security measure to protect your account and comply with applicable Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures.
Deposit processing times vary depending on the payment method selected. Withdrawals are typically processed within one to three business days, subject to successful account verification. Any taxes, fees, or charges levied by third-party financial institutions are the responsibility of the user.
Semangat33 does not accept deposits or payments from third parties. Funds must come from a bank account or e-wallet registered in the name of the account holder only. Violations of this rule may result in account freezing and closure.
4. Liability, Account Policy & Intellectual Property
Semangat33 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of or inability to use this platform. This includes technical disruptions, data loss, or unfavorable betting outcomes. The platform is provided on an "as is" basis, and semangat33 makes no warranties regarding specific performance or results.
Semangat33 reserves the right to suspend or close a user account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the event of a breach of these Terms & Conditions, suspected fraudulent activity, or at the request of the relevant authorities. Any valid balance in a closed account will be processed in accordance with semangat33's procedures in force at that time.
All content, logos, brand names, designs, software, and other materials on the semangat33 platform are the exclusive property of semangat33 or third parties who have licensed their use to us. You may not copy, distribute, modify, display, or exploit any such content without prior written consent from semangat33. Unauthorised use may result in legal action.
